茶树油有效抗菌， 平衡油脂分泌。长痘痘时使用茶树精油祛痘非常有效。
但是你知道吗，这些事情千万别做哦。

1. 过于频繁地洗脸/洗澡
一天洗澡/洗脸两次就好。过度洗涤会把我们身体上的天然油脂洗掉，破坏天然的保护层。身体会不断地生产更多的油脂来保护我们的肌肤。长痘痘的地方可以使用棉花棒点一些茶树油，涂抹在局部的地方就好。

2. 挤痘痘
我们的手有很多细菌会导致第二次的感染。过度挤压也会造成皮下淤血而产生痘印。更严重的可能会使到皮肤凹凸不平。
想要去痘印，在使用茶树精油的同时不上薰衣草精油，可以快速祛除痘印哦。

3. 使用磨砂产品
和频繁洗涤道理一样，磨砂刺激皮肤表皮使身体产生保护功能分泌更多油脂，情况会更糟糕。

4. 辛辣食物
辛辣、油炸、高热量的食物正常皮肤的人都应该尽量少吃。长痘的人更应该少碰，会导致痘痘恶化呢。
